using a major credit card for registration fees where
applicable. You will receive a return e-mail confirming
your registration.
Adobe PDF Form: Register by
opening our Adobe
PDF registration form. This form is "form fillable"
and printable directly from your computer. The form may
be mailed or faxed to NVAR.
